✅ Description:
Clobeta-GM Cream is a combination of six drugs, namely: Borax (mineral), Cholorocresol (preservative), Clobetasol propionate (corticosteroid), Miconazole nitrate (antifungal), Neomycin sulphate (antibiotic), and Zinc oxide (mineral). Borax and Zinc oxide are minerals that provide necessary nutrients to the body. Chlorocresol acts as a preservative. Clobetasol propionate is a corticosteroid that works by acting inside skin cells and inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. Miconazole nitrate is an antifungal that works by damaging the fungal cell membranes essential for their survival and killing fungi. Neomycin sulphate belongs to the class of antibiotics that work by inhibiting the production of essential proteins necessary for bacteria to grow, multiply, and increase in numbers. Thus, it kills bacteria and clears the infection.
